Machipu has been in existence for well over ten years. During this period our company has directly and indirectly helped to develop skills and upward mobility for a sizeable number of people some of whom have grown from junior to executive positions. It has also provided business and financial advice to entrepreneurs to expand their operations.
Machipu has evolved over time but not deviated from its core objectives of human resource development. As part of our evolution, Machipu has taken a decision to expand its reach to participate in skills development. This was achieved by partnering with WAL Training, a fully licensed and accredited Black woman-owned business which possesses extensive experience in skills development founded in 2005.
Equally importantly, MACHIPU has recently partnered with Tysys Capital Group. Tysys is a niche Pan African Financial Services and Investment group offering expert services in a myriad of financial services. Tysys has been very active in Enterprise Supplier Development across different mining groups and industries alike. Both Machipu and Tysys have joined forces in the provision of extensive collective experience in Preferential Procurement, Enterprise and Supplier Development which may include SME financing.
Tysys is an Authorized and licensed credit provider with the National Credit Regulator (NCR).

To achieve our objectives in community upliftment, Machipu will seek to intervene by driving the scale of education and economic opportunity where such is most needed. Our established network in industry derived from the Founders, will also assist in helping our trainees to seek and find suitable apprentices to expand.
